Constitution

Article I. Name
The name of the organization shall be Harvard College Business Club.

Article II. Purpose
The Harvard College Business Club is dedicated to facilitating a generaleducation in the many aspects of business, promoting business as a career choice, and inspiring the creative energies of the future business leaders of the world among Harvard Undergraduates. This isto be accomplished through meetings and events uniting business education and influential speakers, as well as by other means.
1. By providing a regular forum whereby business leaders andother leaders can dispense their life experience, business leadership experience, and general knowledge for the benefit of Club Members at Harvard College.
2. To fill an educational gap throughappropriate means for Members wishing to learn the basics of business.

Article III. Membership
1. Membership in this organization shall be open to all students in good standing currentlyenrolled in Harvard College, regardless of race, creed, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or physical disability.
a. Regular Members are entitled to vote in elections,may receive publications and other benefits of membership, and may attend club events.
2. Membership shall be retained until the student severs relations with the University whether bygraduation or otherwise. Membership shall be retained during the vacations and recesses of the University.
3. In addition to the Membership described in Article III,1&2, the title of HonoraryMembership may be awarded to Faculty of the University, event speakers, the business tutors of the University Houses, graduated Regular Members and/or others at the discretion of Club Officers and theconsent of the nominee.
a. Honorary Members may not vote in elections but may receive publications and attend club events.
